Shipping
Orders are packed in plastic-free materials and dispatch within 2–4 business days. Domestic delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking by email when your parcel leaves the studio.
Breakage
If your piece arrives damaged, email us within 5 days with your order number and photographs of the packaging and item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Returns
Unused pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please keep the original packaging and contact us before sending anything back. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.
